  • Housekeeping fee: USD 60 every 10 days

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

  • Cash Cleaning deposit: USD 150 per stay
  • Cash deposit for Spring Break: USD 500.0 per stay for guests staying between 08 March - 31 March

    • A damage deposit of USD 250 will be collected before check-in. Deposit is payable by PayPal and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.
