This traditional 17th-century farmhouse in the Salzkammergut region is just 3 km from Bad Aussee and 1 km from Lake Grundlsee. It offers a balcony and 200 m² of living space. The 2-storey Traunmühle apartment includes 4 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher, satellite TV, a bathroom with hairdryer, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. The large garden features a children’s playground, garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a swimming pond. In winter, a small ski lift is just a 3-minute drive away from Die Traunmühle. The Loser and Tauplitzalm ski areas are within a 20-minute drive. Free private parking is available on site. The Ausseerland Golf Course can be reached in an 8-minute drive.

Please note that the property has no central heating. Heating is only available with wood or electricity. Electricity and firewood are not included in the room rate and have to be paid on site. Please note that bookings for up to 2 guests have access to 1 bedroom; bookings for up to 4 guests have access to 2 bedrooms; bookings for up to 8 guests have access to 3 bedrooms; and bookings for up to 10 guests have access to 4 bedrooms.
