The traditional Hotel Sonnenspitze is located in the centre of Ehrwald, surrounded by the mountains of the Zugspitz Arena. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The hotel also offers free parking. The Sonnenhang Ski Area is a 5-minute walk away. All rooms feature wooden furnishings, cable TV, and a bathroom with bright tiles and a hairdryer. Some rooms have a seating area. The spa area features a sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin, and a fitness room. Other facilities at the hotel include a heated outdoor pool and a relaxation area with waterbeds, a fireplace lounge, a children’s playroom, and baby equipment. The restaurant serves international and Austrian cuisine, as well as fine wines. There is also a bar. Guests of Hotel Sonnenspitze enjoy free admission with their guest card to Ehrwald’s public indoor pool, a 5-minute walk away. The free ski bus stops a 1-minute walk away and takes guests to the Zugspitze Ski Area in 15 minutes. In summer, many hiking and cycling trails are nearby, and the Zugspitz Golf Course is a 5-minute drive away.

Please note that the infrared cabin is available at an additional cost. In summer, the sauna and the steam bath have to be reserved in advance.
