Offering panoramic views of Lake Constance and the surrounding mountains, the Mühlenhof is a traditional farmhouse with many animals in a quiet location in Eichenberg. Lake Constance, Bregenz and Lindau are all 10 km away. The Mühlenhof’s spacious and modern apartments offer a large, covered balcony, a living room with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with a dishwasher, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. On request milk and eggs from the property’s own chickens can be delivered every morning at an additional cost. The large garden includes a sun terrace with deck chairs, a gazebo, and barbecue facilities. There is also a children’s playground with a giant trampoline, a barn for playing in the hay, and a ping pong table. A cheese dairy and a butcher shop are 500 metres away, and the nearest restaurant is 300 metres away. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right outside, and a toboggan run is situated next to the Mühlenhof. A children’s ski lift is a 10-minute drive away, and the Hochhädrich, Balderschwang and Steibis Ski Areas are within a 45-minute drive. The village of Scheidegg is 5 km away and features a supermarket, a public outdoor pool, a golf course, and cross-country ski runs.
