Decorated with solid wood and natural stone, the holiday home is composed of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Underfloor heating, a spacious dining, a seating area with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with an extra wood-burning stove are featured. A storage with room with a ski boot dryer, a toilet and a shower are located in the basement. Guests can use the garden with barbecue facilities, a seating area, a well with spring water, a pond and a stream. The property can be reached easily by car. Bad Kleinkirchheim is 14 km from Marktlhütte, while Villach is 28 km away. An array of activities is offered in the area, such as skiing and cycling. The sauna can only be booked as an add-on for the entire stay.
