Boasting magnificent mountain views, this traditional family-run hotel is ideally set in the small town of Holzgau, within easy reach of the famous Warth Schröcken ski resort, which is a 25-minute drive away. After a long day on the slopes, you can relax in the hotel’s comfortable common areas. Take advantage of the relaxing sauna, soak-up the last of the day’s sun on one of the 2 terraces, or simply enjoy a drink in front of the open log fire. During your stay you can be assured of entertaining evenings, with the wonderful restaurant and the hotel’s cellar bar, Zur Postkutsche. Furthermore, a varied programme of events is supported by the Posthotel Lechtal and the Tourism Association Lechtal, depending on the weather and season. As from December 2013, the Warth-Schröcken Ski Area offers direct access from the Lech Valley to the well-known Lech Ski Area. The Auenfeldjet Chair Lift provides a connection by ski between the 2 ski areas.

Please also note following distances from Holzgau to St. Anton, which changes when the road between Lech and Warth is closed in winter: 43 km in summer and 134 km in winter.
