Apart Altamira enjoys a quiet yet central location a 3-minute walk from the centre of Ischgl. The Ischgl-Samnaun Cable Car in the Silvretta Ski Area is 400 metres away and is accessible by ski through. The apartments feature a seating area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Fresh bread rolls can be delivered to your apartment on request and buffet breakfast is also available for a surcharge. You can find a ski storage room and ski boot drying facilities on site. Free WiFi is available in all apartments. Free private parking is available on site. The apartments are equipped with a radio, a telephone and a safety box and a private bathroom with a shower. Some apartments come with a balcony, offering panoramic views of the Tyrolean Alps. The free ski bus stop is located 50 metres from the guest house. You can find an outdoor pool 300 metres away, while and indoor pool is 700 metres from the property. A tennis court is a 5-minute walk away and you can also go fishing to the Schwarzwasser lake, 500 metres from the apartment house. As of summer 2013, the Silvretta All Inclusive Card will be included in all rates during summer season. It offers free use of cable cars in the region, of the buses from Landeck to Bielerhöhe, and free access to the indoor and outdoor pools and to the lake in the Paznaun Valley.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. NB: In summer season (1.7.-15.9.2024), each guest receives the Silvretta Card Premium. It costs €6.00 per day for adults (from year 2008 + over), €3.00 per day for children from year 2009-2016. The year 2027 and younger is free of charge. With this card, guests can use all open cable cars and lifts in the Paznaun Valley, Samnaun and Montafon Valley. Furthermore, the bus rides in the valley as well as the toll on the Silvretta High Alpine Road are included.
