Direct access to the Lienz ski and hiking area is provided. The apartment features a balcony, satellite TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Featuring a shower, private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer. Towels and linen are provided. Fresh bread rolls can be purchased near the accommodation during seasonal times. Restaurants can be reached from 100 m away. You will find food markets in the valley, also near the cable car valley station. A ski school as well as a ski kindergarten are available on site. Free parking is offered 150 metres from the house. Hiking, biking, climbing, rafting, paragliding are available in the surrounding area.
