This luxurious, Mediterranean-style Villa Wellness Homes offers guests a spa area with different saunas (a finish sauna with steam option and an infrared sauna), a whirlpool and a fitness room, a steam bath and spa bath. Mötz town centre is 300 metres away. Different shopping centres, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, petrol stations can be reached by car within 5 to 10 minutes. The Wellness Homes villa is very spacious and has 5 bedrooms and one smaller bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces and 3 balconies with mountain views are also featured. A kitchen, dishwasher, living room, flat-screen TV, fireplace are also in the unit. A high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities is also on site. A ski storage room and private parking are available at the Villa free of charge. Swimming pools, a bathing lake, tennis court, golf course and horse riding facilities can all be reached by car within 10 minutes or less. A children’s playground and ice skating rink can be reached on foot in 8 minutes. The Hochoetz ski region is an 18-minute drive away. A ski school and ski rental shop are available there too.
