Just a 5-minute walk from Lake Presseggersee, Gästehaus Seewinkel enjoys a quite location at the edge of the village of Passriach. The spacious apartments all have a balcony overlooking the Carnic and Gailtal Alps. Bicycles are provided free of charge. Each apartment features light wooden furniture and floors, a kitchen or kitchenette, a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom. Bed linen is provided. The garden at the Seewinkel Gästehaus includes a sun terrace, a children’s playground, and barbecue facilities, with barbecue evenings taking place once a week in July and August. Guests can play table tennis and benefit from free private parking on site. The owners speak German, English, Italian, and French. The Nassfeld Ski Area is 15 km away. A free ski bus stops right outside the property, and free ski storage is available at the cable car station. In summer, the Plus Card is included in the rate. This card comprises many free benefits and discounts, including free use of the local cable cars and free access to the beaches on the lake.
