Situated in the very centre of Sankt Gilgen and just 200 metres from Lake Wolfgang’s shore. All rooms are equipped with an LED TV with cable channels, a fridge, an electric kettle, and a bathroom with shower, free toiletries, bathrobes and a hairdryer. Some rooms boast a balcony, some rooms have a view of the Mozart fountain and some have courtyard view. Public parking spaces are available 150 metres from the hotel and guests receive a parking ticket at a security deposit. Covered parking spaces are available for bicycles. Pets receive their own bed, bowl and biscuits. A Christmas market is right outside in December. The international school and the Zwölferhorn Cable Car a 4-minute walk away, and the bus station is a 5-minute walk away. A ferry station is 200 metres away. Please inform Das Hotel Stern 24h self-check-in in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Towels and linen will be changed every 3 days. Please inform the hotel in advance if you arrive after 15:00. You will then receive a password for the keybox placed next to the entrance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The upgrade to the double room with balcony can be done upon request and costs 15 €.
