The Hochoetz Ski Area is 3.5 km away, and the free ski bus stops 250 metres away. The modern attic apartment at Auszeit-Oetztal features wooden floors, 2 bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, a kitchen, and a bathroom and separate toilet. Guests can use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Barbecue facilities and free private parking are available on site. The Auszeit-Oetztal enjoys a quiet location next to the forest. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right outside. In winter, toboggans are provided free of charge, and a toboggan run is right outside the house. The Area47 Adventure Park is 6 km away, and it is 15 km to the Aquadome Thermal Spa in Längenfeld.
