Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, the swimming pool will be closed until further notice. Refurbishment works will take place Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, increased noise levels associated with construction may occur. Please contact reception if you plan to arrive later than 23:59 on the day of arrival as accommodations will only be held until this time and may be subsequently cancelled. Bookings of five or more rooms are subject to the group booking Terms and Conditions. A 25% non-refundable deposit payment is required at the time of booking with the final balance due on arrival. Cancellation or modification of all rooms is permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival. The resort reserves the right to refuse your check-in or to terminate your stay where any Guest(s) is displaying anti-social behaviour. Our anti-social behaviour policy is available on request. Additional fees apply for the use of certain resort facilities. All Special Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Adapted accommodations are subject to availability. A local Tourist Tax is currently applicable and will be collected at the resort.
