The stop of the ski bus leaving in all directions is only 1 minute away. The Geigenbühel ski area and the centre can be reached in a 3-minute walk. Built around 1900 by Josef Sailer, an art restorer and honorary citizen of Seefeld, Villa St. Oswald is now run by his great-granddaughter. Today it houses 5 comfortable and cosy apartments in a traditional Tyrolean style.
