Located 1,600 metres above sea level and set 50 metres from the ski slopes of the Tauplitzalm Ski Area, the Schermerhütten offers cosy Alpine-style chalets with panoramic mountain views. Cross-country skiing trails as well as hiking and cycling tracks start right on the doorstep. Decorated with wooden panels, each chalet offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a dining area, and a modern bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer is available. The garden of the Schermerhütten comes with sun loungers and sunshades, and guests also can make use of the barbecue facilities. A delivery service for fresh bread rolls is available upon request at a surcharge, and the next supermarket is 7 km away. A restaurant is 150 metres from the chalets. In summer, swimming is possible at a lake, which is a 3-minute walk away. The centre of Tauplitzalm is 1 km from the Schermerhütten.
