Appartements Delano surrounded by the mountains and forest of the Stubai Alps. Guests are treated to excellent mountain views from the apartment’s private terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. Apartments are pleasantly decorated with modern, Alpine-style furnishings and have a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area. Guests can relax in the naturally lit seating area and watch satellite TV. Free of charge, guests have access to private parking and Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. Ski storage and boot drying facilities are available to guests, and freshly baked bread rolls are available on request. The slopes of the Niederthai Ski Area are 150 metres away and are family friendly. 4 cross-country skiing trails start directly from the house and Tyrol’s highest waterfall, the Stuibenfall, is a 10-minute drive away. The Area 47 adventure park, Aquadome and Sölden Ski Area can be reached by car in 20 minutes. Appartements Delano is a partner of Aquadome and guests of the apartments can benefit from discounted admission to the spa resort. From 1 December until 30 April the Niederthai Card is included in the price offering free use of all lifts in Niederthai, cross-country skiing tracks, sledge tracks, a Stuibenfall lantern hike, a cross-country skiing lesson, biathlon once per person and the use of the public ski bus.

The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
