These new and bright apartments are very quietly located in the Alte Donau recreation area. The centre is an 8-minute metro ride away. The AJO Vienna Garden - Contactless Check-in is just 1 metro stop away from the UN organisations and the Donauzentrum Shopping Centre. Air conditioning is possible at a surcharge and payable directly upon arrival. The property provides a free city map and a metro plan and offer all guests a welcoming gift upon arrival. The completely furnished self-catering apartments have a complete kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided, and there is a washing machine for common use. The short-term parking zone is valid on all public roads in Vienna from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Parking is only allowed with a parking ticket. You can make free use of the large terrace and the garden or enjoy walking and biking along the Alte Donau.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 200 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that the apartment has no reception. Only self check-in is possible. All the information and instructions regarding self check-in will be forwarded by the property and have to be confirmed back before arrival. The property is reachable via phone daily, from 09:00-21:00. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available against a surcharge, on request and upon prior confirmation from the hotel only.
