AlpenParks Chalet & Apartment AreitXpress offers elegant apartments just a 10-minute walk from the Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course and a 3-minute drive from the AreitXpress Cable Car. All units have a terrace or balcony with views of the Kitzsteinhorn Mountain, a spacious living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen. Free WiFi is included. Some units also have a private sauna. A narrow-gauge railway line stops in front of Alpenparks Residence and takes you to the cable car in a few minutes. The Tauern Spa Thermal Spa is 4 km away. Cross-country skiing tracks are 2 km away. The centres of Zell am See and Kaprun can be reached by car in 7 minutes.
Please inform AlpenParks Chalet & Apartment AreitXpress in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that 1 parking space per apartment is available free of charge.
