The damage will be calculated on the basis of the missing pieces or/and on the basis of an estimate of the damage made by the host. If the damage exceeds the deposit, it will be notified with a separate/additional invoice. The damage must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. If the damage is not paid, it will be collected by operation of law. The hirer is free to arrange this with the insurance company. 2. Guidelines and requirements of the organization The user undertakes to read and respect all guidelines and requirements provided by the host. These guidelines are provided to the user in advance by the host and are also clearly posted on the site. The user also passes them on to all his colleagues. The guidelines imply, among other things, respecting locations, surroundings and material 8. Stay For the duration of the stay, the user assumes responsibility for the accommodation provided and the associated territory. It is also forbidden to play music in the veranda or on the outside terraces. Neither during the day nor in the evening. In case of non-compliance with the noise rules (established by the landlord on site or established through the camera images and noise meter), or following a complaint from the neighbours (by phone, SMS, or an intervention on site), we have the right to make a deduction of €500 from the deposit. The user undertakes to reimburse the host or its authorized representative for all expenses resulting from negligence or misuse of the location, surroundings or equipment provided. Any identified defect will be reported immediately. Additional cleaning costs will also be charged if the location is left filthy. Should the user and/or his/her co-occupants fail to behave in accordance with these conditions, the owner of the premises shall be liable for all costs.
