Entrance: The bedroom is annexed to a private apartment located in the 8th floor of a building with elevator\nThe neighborhood: Staying in the bedroom, you will be halfway between the Guillemins Street and the Fragnée Bridge (10 minutes' walk for each).-The Guillemins Street has various facilities: a bakery (try Eggen-Nols), a butcher's shop (the excellent Boucherie Ardennaise), a book shop, snack bars, little shops, supermarkets (Aldi and Carrefour) and restaurants (the famous Concordia). -The Fragnée Bridge, famous for its little golden angels, is near the Bovery Park where you will enjoy picnics, jogging or walks. The Guillemins train station was inaugurated in 2009 by the architect Calatrava. Since then, this quarter is expanding itself with various projects such as the creation of a footbridge linking the station to the Boverie Garden (perfect place for your picnics, jogging or walks). You will feel at home and will have everything at hand thanks to all the facilities in the quarter, especially in the General Leman Place: little shops, supermarkets, snack bars, banks, book shops, bakeries, drugstores…. And if you need to go downtown, it will only take you 15 minutes thanks to the numerous buses stopping in the Place.\nTravel facilities: By car? You'll easily find the apartment thanks to the near road links. By bus? A good public transport network will stop you at all the city's hot spots and its surroundings (5 minutes' walk and easy access to the Sart-Tilman). By train? This contract is henceforth subject to common law stipulated in the Belgian Civil Code, excluding special rules for the principal residence of the renter and any special rules to commercial leases.\nCANCELLATION OF RENTAL CONTRACT\nThe owner has the right to cancel the contract directly and to require the immediate evacuation of the accommodation if the tenant is found to be seriously non-compliant in his/her obligation to maintain the apartment, especially if he/she provides lodging for more people and / or pets than are authorized and stipulated in the contract, or if he/she damages the premises or does not meet his/her commitments as a good tenant.\nIf the owner cannot make the premises available due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to him/her, the agent is authorized on behalf of the owner to cancel the contract.
