In the heart of the Condroz and at the gates of the Ardennes, the Domaine sur les Sarts is an 18th century castle-farm transformed into luxury suites & gîtes with a restaurant, a spa and a well-being center as well as reception rooms or seminar The spa includes a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, traditional sauna, relaxation room, treatment and massage room. The garden includes an eco-lodge area with a biological swimming pond, a stretch tent, several terraces and rest areas as well as a poolhouse (panoramic sauna & whirlpool) and a heated swimming pool. A restaurant set up in the stables of the old Seigneurie offers a cuisine that represents a good balance between local products, gourmet food and discovery. You can also discover the Condroz, a privileged region where the art of living naturally is cultivated, in a rural area dear to the hearts of those who love charming villages, superb landscapes and beautiful castles from another age.

All guests have access to our organic swimming pond (unheated) and its terraces at the rear of the Estate. Access is via the rear parking lot of the restaurant, via the small barrier on the far right. The swimming pool and the outside jacuzzi are heated from April to September. Breakfast buffet is served in restaurant from 8h to 9h30. All guests, except from 5 and 4 bedroom house, have access to our "naturessence spa", organic swimming pond (unheated) and its terraces at the rear of the Estate. Access is via the reception.
