The aparthotel was built in 2007 facing the sea so each unit is offering some stunning views to the bay. There are many green areas, all perfectly maintained. A staircase will lead you to the seashore.. The complex is located at 3km from the ancient city of Sozopol which is today one of the major seaside resorts in the country, known for the Apollonia art and film festival(which takes place in early September) that is named after one of the town's ancient names. Every apartment disposes of a terrace with a particularly specified place for a barbeque.
