If you cancel your stay between 01.11.2023-15.11.2023 you will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of your total price of the reservation. 3. If you cancel your stay between 16.11.2023-30.11.2023 you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your total price of the reservation. 4. If you cancel your stay after 01.12.2023 you will be charged the total price of the reservation as a cancellation fee. Please contact us via message to arrange your refund. Please be kindly advised that if you book your New Year's eve with 10% discount, the price for the reservation is non-refundable. The cancellation policies outlined above are not applicable.
