You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The property no longer offers a private boat connecting Sihanoukville to Lonely Beach. A local boat from Sihanoukville to the village Preksway near Lonely Beach is available daily from pier 52 leaving at 2 pm. The local boat can sometimes be delayed as they wait for supplies but guests should arrive before 2 pm in case it is not delayed. For departures from Lonely Beach, the same boat leaves Preksway village at 7 am daily. The property is no longer only accessible via private transfer at an additional charge.
