Snow Creek Lodge's ski-in / ski-out location is right at the base Fernie Alpine Resort. These spacious studio suites feature early Canadian architecture with stone, logs and wood. Your slopeside location can't get any closer than this and at the end of a long day on the slopes in the iconic Fernie powder, you'll be happy to slip into one of the outdoor hot tubs and relax while watching the groomers at work! With suites on both the slope and valley views, you're spoilt for choice at Snow Creek Lodge. Fernie is located in the southern Rocky Mountains of British Columbia. The historic town was founded over one hundred years ago and is full of charming buildings and quaint shops. The Fernie resort is a five-minute drive from downtown Fernie on Highway #3. The world-class Fernie resort is at the base of the spectacular Lizard Range -- a saw-toothed mountain with numerous bowls filled with champagne powder in the winter and alpine plant life in the summer. You can still hear the train whistle through Fernie every day, but its passenger service no longer runs. Fortunately, Fernie is easily accessible by air, by car and by bus and shuttle service.
