Complimentary items include local calls and outdoor parking.PROPERTY NOTES:At check-in guests are required to sign a pre-authorized credit card slip in the amount of $500.00 CAD damage deposit. The pre-authorization will be voided 3 days after departure date provided there are no damages, missing inventory, telephone charges and/or excessive cleaning damage. Renters under the age of 25 years must be accompanied by an adult guardian 25 years or older or a parent who must occupy the cottage for the duration of the stay.
