The cellar that is carved out of the hill testifies to outstanding architecture and technical installations. The four suites whose decor is inspired by the four grape varieties of Clos Apalta offer a serene and intimate ambiance in unspoilt nature. The cuisine showcases the flavors of Chile and uses vegetables and herbs from the organic garden that guests may pick themselves.
