Stancija Negričani is a large family-run countryside estate that provides accommodation in a renovated 200-year old house featuring original antique furnishings and an outdoor pool. Kilometres of hiking and cycling routes start in front of the house and pass through the forest. Free parking is provided. Owners can prepare specialities from traditional Istrian and Mediterranean cuisine upon previous request. The property includes a children's playground, some outdoor workout facilities, as well as terrains for bocce and beach volleyball. A supermarket can be found in the small town of Vodnjan, 6 km away. Glavani Adrenaline Park is within 7 km. The nearest beach is in the village of Krnica, 12 km from Stancija Negričani. The historic city of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre and the international airport is 16 km away.

This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
