Villa Istriana is a self-catering accommodation located in Ližnjan, 700 meters from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and just 10km from Pula, “the little Rome of Croatia”. The property offers three semi-detached vacation houses and one studio apartment for short-term and longer-term rental. All accommodation units will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and a private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a microwave and an oven. Featuring a shower, private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer and towels. The property is set among family homes and offers free Wi-Fi and parking. All guests have access to the beautiful Mediterranean garden with large pool area and XXL BBQ with pizza stone oven. Mountain bikes are also available for a small fee to explore around. Studio apartment is located in the main building and it’s private terrace with see & pool view is accessible via stairs only. Washing machines in the central washroom can be used by our guests. Small amount would be charged per washing, detergent is included in the fee. Sports facilities such as tennis, volleyball, horseback riding, diving, paintball etc. can be enjoyed nearby. Beaches, restaurants, grocery shops, and nature reserves are all nearby, within walking distance. Medulin, a popular tourist hub with Istria’s largest sandy beach, is just 2km away. The historic city of Pula, with its 3000-year history, and the beautiful national parks Brioni and Kamenjak, are only 10-20km away.
