The nearest super market and restaurant is 1.2 km from the property. Free parking is available on site. Electricity consumption is included in the rate of the accommodation, up to a maximum of : 500 kWh for the 3 bedroom villas, per week 700 kWh for the 5 bedroom villas, per week Excess consumption over and above the usage stated above, will be charged at EU0.40c/kWh and this amount will be deducted from the damage deposit. In the event the damage deposit is not sufficient to cover the cost of the additional electricity consumption, the said amount is payable in cash prior to departure, in Euros.
