This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. No unaccompanied groups of under 25 years old are accepted. No bachelor parties are allowed. The above prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which allows for more than normal use of the house including air-conditioning. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.30 per KWh.
