Holiday cottage with great decor. Built in autumn 2008 and located in the newer resort at Tranum Strand. With the large windows that provide a fantastic light throughout the day, the house appears very bright. The choice of materials and furnishings are of high quality in modern Danish design, and will no doubt contribute to familys well-being during their stay. The house has 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine with TV for a DVD player only. Two bathrooms, from one you have direct access to the sauna and whirlpool. Kitchen/dining area (with Senseo cappuchino machine) and living room in open connection. Here the whole family can gather for indoor activities and enjoy the wide open spaces while being together. There is an electronic dart game. There is a covered terrace and a large open terrace. From here there is access to the large lawn because, suitable for ball games and fun for kids.
Holiday area at Tranum Strand with shared facilities
With a few kilometres to the sea and beach, a scenic area ideal for hiking and in beautiful surroundings, a cottage area at Tranum Strand was founded in 2009. The area is designed for modern, busy families who want peace and quiet of the holiday, but at the same time would like to have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors when the weather and the desire is to it. The holiday cottages in the area are almost all equipped with whirlpool, sauna, satellite TV with German channels and a modern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot and access to the houses is via the small connector roads minimising driving in the area. The large common area in the middle of the area has the following activities, free of charge for all the guests in the area:

Hiking and cycling trails which crossing the area
Krolf arc with croquet holes (can also be used for mini golf)

When the weather is for trips to the beach, Tranum has a lovely sandy beach with clean water that receives EU quality label Blue Flag year after year. From the parking lot to the waters edge there is a ramp so that wheelchair users also have easy access to the sea.
Starting at Tranum Strand there is a relatively short distance to many of North Jutlands famous tourist places like Fårup Summerland, Blokhus, Aalborg Zoo, Aalborg Tower, Klitmøller windsurfer paradise, Bulbjergs steep cliffs and the North Sea Science Park in Hirtshals. Do not forget to take a walk along the sea and buy a freshly caught fish directly from the cutter - there is still inshore fishing in the area.
