This modern hotel is located in the centre of Narva, in the immediate vicinity of the train and bus station on one side and Narva Castle and the river on the other side. Suites and junior suites have their own saunas. 2 historic monuments can be easily seen from Narva Hotell & Spaa - Herman Castle on the Estonian bank of the Narva River, and the Ivangorod Fortress on the Russian side. The hotel has a brand new Spa center IDA, which accommodates up to 48 guests and is intended for both hotel guests and visitors from the city. The private Spa center includes 3 jacuzzis with relaxing hydro-massages, 4 saunas, a relaxation area, and a bar.
