90 km west of Helsinki, lake Lohjanjärvi 60 m (largest lake in district Uusimaa, 10 x 10 km), shallow sanded gravel bottom, deeper clay, sturdy dock and rowing boat.
Log cottage 2002, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with 1 bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), washing room (shower), dressing room, toilet, hallway and large partially-covered terrace spaces.
Separate outbuilding accommodation possibility for 2 persons (electric heating, wood stove, hot plate and fridge). The outbuilding is located right next to the main cottage. In the woodshed there is a movable extra bed and a youth bed (for a child approx. 3-10 yrs old) which can be taken into use if necessary.
There is a garage next to the outbuilding and it is in owner's own use (owner will not use it when the cottage is booked for customers).
Cot = baby's travel bed. The washing machine has integrated tumble dryer in it. A new kitchen stove has been bought 09 / 2017 (ceramic stove with a convection oven). Please, notice that there isn't television in this cabin. The cottage is located in island Jalassaari. There is a road connection to the island. There are two accommodation buildings so the place is suitable for customers who appreciate the possibility to accommodate in two separate buildings.
Yard area is spacious and bright, upper part flat. There is a slope to the beach but there is good stairs to the beach. Lohjanjärvi is a clear watered lake and rich in fish.
The nearest neighbor (distance 130 m, not within sight in the summer) is owned by the same family.
In 200 m distance there is owner's second rental cottage, 13795 Ranta-Iivari.

This place is rented for families and for other customers who enjoy peaceful holiday. If you want to enjoy your holiday to the last minute without having to clean the holiday home at the end of your stay, you can book the final cleaning as an additional service.
Note! Custodian may charge a security deposit of € 150 by cash on arrival. The destination's custodian will return the security deposit on the day of departure when everything is ok.
