Just a 5-minute drive from Ruka Ski Resort, this modern apartment offers a private sauna, terrace and open-plan kitchen/living room. The hourly ski bus stops just 200 metres away. Set within a wooden cottage, Otsontupa Apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine and electric cooker. It also offers 2 TVs, a CD/DVD player and fireplace with free firewood. Other facilities include a ski storage room. Cross-country ski tracks are only 100 metres away. During winter, central Ruka and its ski lifts are 500 metres across the frozen Lake Talvijärvi. A grocery store, pizzeria and post office are within 1 km of Apartment Otsontupa.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Bed linen and towels are not included. Guests can bring their own or rent on site for 21€ per person. Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests can clean before check-out or pre-order a final cleaning for 140€. Cleaning can not be ordered on site. Remember to leave the kitchen clean and the dishes washed even if you purchased the cleaning. Pets are charged 14€ per stay. During Christmas, New Year, Easter, Midsummer and Ruka World Cup, the age limit for the booker must be least 23 years.
