This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Villas Karhunpesä in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the villas are located in different addresses. The exact address of the villa can be found in their name and will be sent to the guests by an email. Please note that Villa Karhunpesä has no reception. Upon arrival, the housekeeper will meet you and handle the key delivery. Please let Villas Karhunpesä know your expected arrival time.
