26 km north of Lahti. Lake Päijänne 50 m, shallow water, firm sandy rock bottom. Own rowing boat.
Luxus Päijänne beach villa 2008, living room/kitchen (eletric oven and two gas cooking plates and two induction plates), 4 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, separate fireplace room with sofa bed for 2, washing room 2 showers (and also toilet), separate toilet, dressing room/foyer, sauna (electric stove), open veranda.
Lakeside sauna 2013, where also shower and toilet. The lakeside sauna is about 50 m away from the villa. In the big sauna there is a wood-fired stove. In the sauna building there is also living room with twin bed for 2 and kitchenette (stove, fridge water tap). There is big terrace of 60 m2 with wooden outside dinning table and chairs for 8 persons and sofas. Terrace is partly glazed.

Wi-fi in the villa but not in the lakeside sauna. Luxus villa and lakeside sauna by lake Päijänne. The place is ideal for families with children / 2 families together. The maximum amount of persons is 12 pax. There is a big living room with well equipped kitchen section. Nice view from the windows.
NB! Outside the high season, the villa and lakeside sauna can be booked separately. In this case, the reservation must be made by telephone. If one of the buildings is booked, no other building can be reserved for others. Price list: Main villa 550 € / 2 nights, only lakeside sauna 350 € / 2 nights. The final cleaning can be booked separately if the customers don't clean themselves. Final cleaning of the main villa is 80 €, final cleaning of the lakeside sauna 55 €. In Christmas, New Year's Eve and Summer (1.6 - 31.8), this separate pricing is not possible.
There are 4 bedrooms and sofa bed in the fireplace room. Fireplace room has door, so it can be used also as a private bedroom.
There is a large lawn yard faced south. On the beach the neighbors' lakeside saunas are close to each other. The neighbor on the other side has a pier which is 8 meters long, on the other side the neighbor has no pier. There is own beachline of about 40 m, big wide pier, as well as child-friendly, gently steepened sandy beach. Own rowing boat included in the price.
Next to the lakesidesauna there is beach volleyball court. The lake Päijänne has great fishing spots! Possibility to rent an outboard motor 35 € / day or 150 € / 7 nights + 10 € / 5 liters of gasoline.
In the yard there is children's own extensive playground. There is playhouse, a large climbing frame with slides and a trampoline in the summer. From inside the villa can be found children's toys and outdoor toys such sledges and sliders.
The villa is situated with good road connections, asphalt road about 1 km away from the house.
In Vääksy village 7 km all nearest shops / post office / restaurant services. In Vääksy also 18-hole Golf course, 7 km skiing track (with lights, 15 km unlit), several free well-kept frisbeegolf tracks and sports facilities, an ice rink and several riding stables. Vierumäki Golf 25 km, Vierumäki Sports Institute 30 km. Small plane airport at Vesivehmaa approx. 7 km. In Lahti nearest supermarkets and shopping centers eg. Karisma 25 km, Lahti’s skiing centre 27 km, Messilä skiing centre 35 km.
