These serviced studios are located near the river Spree in the heart of the central Mitte district of Berlin. Capri by Fraser offers a 24-hour reception, free high-speed WiFi and an on-site bar. Newly opened in May 2017, each studio features modern furnishings as well as a washing machine, exclusive toiletries and either a bathtub or rain shower. They also offer a desk, media hub with iPod dock, a Smart TV, a room safe, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. Some feature a kitchenette upon request. The accommodation is less than a 10-minute walk from the historic Nikolai district, the world-famous Unter den Linden boulevard and the majestic Gendarmenmarkt square. Capri by Fraser Berlin is less than a 5-minute walk from Spittelmarkt Underground Station and there are nearby bus connections to all parts of the German capital.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Pet policy is subject to breed & size with a nightly fee of €25,00 + 5% city tax which includes pet bed, eating bowls and treats.
