Built in 2013, these apartments are located in the heart of Berlin, only 2 minutes’ walk from Alexanderplatz Square and the Television Tower. Free WiFi is available in the entire building. Each apartment at Vision Apartments Berlin GmbH is decorated with modern-style furnishings. They all offer a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and some are fitted with a balcony. Guests can prepare homely meals in the fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a coffee machine, a microwave and a stove. Some apartments also have a dishwasher. Nearby there are also many cafés, bakeries and good places to have breakfast. Alexanderplatz Underground Station is only a 2-minute walk from Vision Apartments Berlin GmbH, with connections to Hackescher Markt (1.5 km), the trendy Prenzlauer Berg district (2.5 km), and the famous Museum Island (1.8 km). Berlin Main Train Station (10 minutes) and Berlin Schönefeld Airport (35 minutes) both have direct connections by S-Bahn from Alexanderplatz Square Train Station. Please note that this property doesn't have air conditioning.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform VISIONAPARTMENTS Otto-Braun-Strasse - contactless check-in in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note there is no reception in the VISIONAPARTMENTS building. The check-in takes place directly at the apartment. Guests must provide an email with their identity card or passport before the arrival in order to receive the access code. The access code will be sent on the day of arrival. Please note that the pictures are only representative and show examples of room categories. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply can result in costs of several hundred EUR. Apartment use and commercial ban: Any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes is strictly prohibited. In case of a proven violation of this rule, VISIONAPARTMENTS will take the right to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without refund, as well as to demand the immediate departure of the guests. Please be informed that our signature items (e.g. toiletries) are arrival amenities only, which means that they will not be replaced.
