If men are booked into women's rooms, access to the house will be refused, and the corresponding fee will be charged. Late check-in is only possible upon request and availability for reservations with a minimum stay of two nights.After sending a photo of the ID card or passport of the main booker, as well as the names and dates of birth of any fellow travelers, the room key will be left on the day of arrival, and all information on entering the house will be sent at noon on the day of arrival. Without confirming your own identity by sending a photo of a current photo ID (ID card or passport), no later access to the house will be organized.Late check-in will not be arranged for reservations with a one-night stay. Guests under 18 years of age (16/17) traveling without a parent or guardian must provide a consent form and a copy of a parent or guardian's passport or ID card and may only stay in their own rooms. Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay in the hostel without being accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 (consent is required if the accompanying adult is not a parent). Minors are only allowed to stay in private rooms. Babies, toddlers, children, and teenagers are not allowed to stay in dormitories, even if their parents are traveling with them, and can only stay in private rooms.The age limit for staying in a dormitory is 45 years. Guests with a residential or registered address in Berlin will not be accommodated. If guests from Berlin do book in, check-in will be refused, and the corresponding fee will be charged. Bachelor/bachelorette parties and celebrations of any kind are not accepted. When booking multiple beds within a category but not a private room, it cannot be guaranteed that all beds will be in the same room. When booking for three guests or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. A fee of EUR 52.00 (actual key costs, without surcharge) will be charged for the loss of keys.
