Small sea side resort 400 m from the beach.The studios are positioned on the outskirts of Plakias village, approximately 1 km from the villages centre. The beach of Plakias can be found at a distance of approximately 400 m. The 2-storey building lies some 20 m from the village road on grounds of 3000 sqm and is surrounded by a small garden. There are 9 Studios suitable for 2 persons, all are furnished in traditional Cretan style. There is a open plan living/bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning (with charge), a kitchenette with water kettle, shower/WC and a balcony with balcony furniture. Further there is a reception area and a swimmin pool. **Air conditioning is working from June to September with extra charge.** **Accommodation of 3rd and 4th person on sofa bed in living area.** Note for late arrivals: paper at the reception, key on the door.
