You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The pool can be heated for an additional daily cost upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least 1-week advance notice. Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of €10 per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
