At a distance of 9 kilometers from the town of Lefkada at the seaside village Nikiana you will find Villa Theodora. The complex is consisted by three independent buildings and includes 8 studios and 4 apartments with modern architecture and decoration. We offer a swimming pool where where you can relax with your loved ones with the company of a beautiful garden and a playground for our young visitors. There is also a spacious private parking for the vehicles of our customers. At a small distance from the Villa Theodora you can find super markets, pharmacy, cafe, bakery, meat market and other shops, while 150 meters away there is a beautiful beach where you can enjoy your daily bath. The 4 apartments of Villa Theodora have a total area of 54 sq. m. each. They are spacious with a high aesthetic, designed to ensure a comfortable staying. All apartments have a private balcony overlooking the pool. The apartments can accommodate up to 5 persons. They are consisted of a bedroom with a king size bed and the main room. They are all equipped with kitchen and the necessary utensils and cooking appliances, dining area for 6 persons, the living room where the sofas turn into beds, spacious bathroom with a bathtub, balcony, safe deposit box and free wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi).
