Set on a lush hillside, the stone-built Kioussi Villa provides pool, mountain and Ionian Sea views from its spacious balcony and terrace, and it is 1 km from the beach. The large rustic-style villa offers a private pool, sunbeds, BBQ facilities and free Wi-Fi. With wood beamed ceilings and antique and custom furnishings, this villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, dining area and a fully functional kitchen. Air conditioning, a fireplace, CD/DVD player and satellite TV are standard. Kioussi Villas is 3 km from the seaside Argassi Village. The lively Zakynthos Town and the port are 7 km away and Zakynthos Airport is at 10 km. Transfers to and from the airport are available upon request with surcharge.
Please note that the swimming pool is not heated and is open from 10 April until 10 November. A welcome basket and homemade food are available upon request at an extra charge.
