The property is 1.92 km from Mushroom bay and 2 km from Mangrove Point, while the island itself is reachable by a 30-minute speedboat ride from Sanur Harbour. It takes 30 minutes to reach the harbour by car from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Bicycle rentals and ticket reservations can be arranged on site. Guests enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry service, luggage storage facilities and shared lounge area. A selection of Indonesian and Western dishes are served in Isla Indah Retreat, which also offers room service. In-room breakfast is possible upon request.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of IDR 300000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a prepayment will be charged via Tab (our payment platform). This is required to secure your reservation. There is a small fee for this service, which is usually the cheapest way to make an international payment. If you prefer not to use this service and to pay in cash or using another method, you can do this when you arrive and the prepayment (including the service fee) will be refunded.
