Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of IDR 500000 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that guests are required to make full payment during check-in. The same credit card used for booking must be provided upon arrival. Guests who wish to make use of the shuttle service are requested to inform the receptionist 2 hours in advance for driver's schedule arrangements. The shuttle service is available from 09:00 to 17:00 daily.
