Located in Ballyconneely, 14 Lettershask, Ballyconneely is a traditional cottage with views of mountains, lakes and the Atlantic Ocean. The holiday home features a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a dining room and playroom. Linen and towels are provided. Clifden is 7 km from the property and free private parking is offered.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Connemara Lettings will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This deposit is refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The electricity and oil meter is checked upon arrival and departure and usage costs will be deducted from your security deposit on departure. Check-in time is between 16:00 - 18:00. A later check-in time is possible, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Notice: A recent test on the water supply at the Lettershask development has shown exceeding limits for Iron and Manganese making the water not suitable for drinking (even if boiled). Efforts are currently being looked into to overcome the situation however until such time as a solution has been reached advise is not to drink the water.
