Lancaster Lodge does not accept bookings from stag/hen parties. Cash payments at Lancaster Lodge may only be paid on arrival and must be accompanied with Photo ID a copy of which will be taken. We do not accept notes higher than Eur100. If you have Eur200 or Eur500 notes you can present a credit card to preauthorise and you will be directed to the closest bank to change into smaller notes. Please note that 1 day before arrival ( or immediately if the arrival date for the booking is within 24 hrs) we will pre-authorise for the 1st-night charge for each room booked, on the credit card used to make your booking. Cash payments are not accepted for same day bookings. Credit card only payments for same day bookings. If you wish for us to use that pre-authorisation towards payment, please request this on check-in and you must present the same card at Reception and we will be happy to facilitate. You may of course pay by an alternative method on arrival and the pre-authorisation hold will release within 30 days depending on the policy of your bank. The exact period varies between banks. You are required to present a card upon arrival in order to check-in at Lancaster Lodge which we will pre-authorise, and please note that if you decide to use a different card for payment on departure, please be aware that it may take up to 30 days for the pre-authorisation amount to be released. Please Note: If you wish for Lancaster Lodge to use the credit card you provided to secure the reservation to be charged for your entire stay and the card will not be present on check in, you must request this at least 48 hours in advance of your stay so that you may provide Lancaster Lodge with the authorisation necessary. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note that only registered guests are permitted to guest rooms. Doors are locked at 23:00 nightly and guests entering are required to provide their name and room number.
