You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that hotel policy requires Muslim couples checking in to produce a marriage certificate upon arrival at the hotel. Kindly contact the hotel's front desk for further information. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards upon booking confirmation. Debit cards cannot be used to secure booking. Please note that guests are kindly requested to check in before 16:00. The booking will be released otherwise. A refundable deposit for incidental charges will be collected upon check-in. Guests are entitled to free bicycle usage per stay. The bicycle and the car parking space reservation is not available as it is based on a first come first serve basis. Please note that with effect from 1 June 2014, all bookings will be subjected to a MYR 2 Heritage Tax per room per day.
