You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. To ensure the well being of all our guests and colleagues, please note that travelers from high risk areas may be subject to additional PCR testing at the resorts discretion. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in/making the payment at the hotel. Please note that property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Incase of any refunds Booking will be refunded after deducting bank charges. A maximum of 2 children aged 0–12 years will eat for free based on the rules and meal plan of the accompanied adult, excluding alcoholic beverages. Please note that a Green Tax of USD 6 per child, per night is applicable additionally. Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems or drones by any of the guests including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists is prohibited. All surfers wishing to come to the Resort between March to November would be required to book a complete “Surf & Accommodation” package through The Perfect Travel Group and the resort will not be able to accept any booking for surfing directly due to the exclusivity with The Perfect Travel Group. Therefore, guests looking to surf must book a complete package, including accommodation and daily surf pass through The Perfect Travel Group. All resort transfers are arranged based on the international flight schedule. Guests are required to provide the flight details at least 24 hours prior to travel date. The shared return speed boat transfer price is USD 130 - taxes included - per adult and USD 70 - taxes included - per child from 4 to 12 years old. Please note that the property has a mandatory Gala Dinner on 24th December for extra costs of USD 318 per adult - taxes included - and on 31st December for extra costs of USD 446 per adult - taxes included. Please note that extra charges have to be paid to the property directly upon check out.
